Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can use Guest Checkout to order and pay for your items. If you don’t want to create an account when you checkout, simply uncheck the ‘create account’ checkbox on the checkout page.
If I do register, do you share my details?
Absolutely not. Your email address and personal information are not shared with any other party. We keep your information safe, and our site is secure (you’ll see the little padlock in your browser) so any information you send us via this site is sent securely.
I can’t log in?
If you have forgotten your login details, simply visit the My Account page, where you’ll be able to reset them. If you’ve forgotten everything, get in touch.
Is your site secure?
Our site uses SSL (https) to encrypt all information that you send us. Currently, payments are processed by PayPal, one of the world’s most popular payment gateways. We do not store any of your debit or credit card information on this site or on our servers.
How soon do you deliver?
Many of our products are made to order, so we typically allow 3-5 days from the date of your order to when you receive it. For some items, such as bespoke invites and prints, you have the option to request a PDF proof of your order to be sent to you via email to approve. Delivery times for items requiring proof approval are 3-5 days from the approval of the artwork.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No. We currently only accept orders for UK delivery.
Who do you use for delivery?
Most of our items are sent via Royal Mail. Larger items and invites may also be delivered by courier. Framed prints are always delivered by courier.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Unfortunately not at this time. Most orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, so we are unable to give out times.
How do I know when my parcel has been dispatched?
We’ll send you an email confirming the dispatch of your order. It should then arrive with you 3-5 days later.
Can I pay for express delivery?
We don’t currently offer an express delivery service. We only offer free standard delivery.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Cards, A4 prints, A3 prints and smaller invite orders do not require a signature on delivery. Larger orders and framed prints will require a signature.
What if my order has not arrived?
On the rare occasion that Royal Mail lets us down, get in touch and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Arrgh! My order is damaged!
Don’t panic. Get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll get a replacement arranged.
I don’t like it.
We hope that you’ll love your A is for Alphabet card, print or invite. If you don’t, you can return it within 14 days for a refund (non-personalised orders only). The best thing to do is get in touch and we’ll sort things.
For personalised orders, we’re only able to offer a refund or replacement if:
- Your personalised order is incorrect due to an error on our part
- Your order is damaged
We advise always requesting a proof of your personalised order. If you’ve entered incorrect details on your order, we are unable to offer a refund, but we can look at a chargeable replacement at a reduced cost. Invites and framed print orders are always sent proofs for approval. If you approve the proof and then find it’s incorrect, we’ll see what we can do.
In all cases, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
I’ve changed my mind.
It happens. For orders where we send proofs (framed prints and invites), you can make two rounds of amends to your order before we print and ship.
If you’ve made an error on another type of product, please let us know ASAP. You’ll have been sent an order confirmation with the personalised details of your order. If the details are wrong, send us a message. We typically artwork all orders within 24-72 hours of receipt of your order.
This site is secure!
- We do not store your card details (yes, it’s a bit of a pain if you’re ordering again, but it’s safer).
- We don’t share your email address. Not with anyone, ever.
- We use trusted payment gateways. Paypal is used by millions of people daily. It’s safe, secure and encrypted.
- We use HTTPS – everything you send us is encrypted so can’t be hacked.
